Job satisfaction is fundamental to employee well-being and successful operation of an organization. The use effective tools for assessing it imperative management research. Our main purpose was translate adapt the Satisfaction Survey (JSS) questionnaire Greek language test its psychometric properties.The tool translated into then back English by different bilingual translators. JSS tested with a sample 239 employees various specialties in drug addiction treatment. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) validity testing as well internal consistency analysis reliability conducted.The results confirmed that: (a) version accurate translation original, (b) CFA indicated that nine-factor structure model great choice; factor loads were high ranged from 0.61 0.90, (c) coefficients satisfactory (Cronbach's alpha eight nine dimensions scale 0.62 0.87 except dimension "Operating procedures" which 0.48, while Cronbach's total Gutman Split-Half Coefficient 0.88).The findings suggested Version valid reliable measuring job Greece. Further research values samples further studying external coherence might be conducted future.
