ABSTRACT
Fractures of the orbital wall are mainly caused by traffic accidents, assaults, and falls generally occur in men aged between 20 40 years. Complications that may after an fracture include diplopia decreased visual acuity due to changes volume, ocular depression floor height, exophthalmos. If surgery is delayed too long, tissue adhesion will occur, making it difficult improve ophthalmologic symptoms. Thus, early diagnosis treatment important. superior often accompanied skull fractures. Most these patients unable perform evaluation neurosurgery treatment. These more likely show adhesion, properly dissect for reconstruction during surgery.
