Abstract Background This study focussed on effective bibliometric analysis of research Ramsar sites in India within the last 30 years using VOS viewer software. The focused estimation current areal extent and meteorological impact wetland together with analysis. online data source Web Science has been used to extract all relevant documents Indian published a period 1989 2020. Main body main objective is analyze trend site both qualitatively quantitatively. peak growth lifted after twentieth century as most water bodies have designated or put into land from this period.
