ABSTRACT
Many prestack depth migration methods have been developed and widely used to generate depth-domain seismic images, resulting in a need for inversion of the subsurface elastic properties reservoir characterization. Time-domain techniques often are after data set is transformed time domain. We provide new technique directly inverting properties: P-impedance ([Formula: see text]), S-impedance density text]) The proposed workflow eliminates time-depth/depth-time conversion, making it efficient effective. Using depth-wavenumber decomposition approach, suggested first extracts collection angle varying wavelets handle potential nonstationarity data. extracted variant basis pursuit inversion, which enhances resolution results. tested on Wenan 3D field set, demonstrating its viability practical applications.
