ABSTRACT
Geostatistical seismic inversion methods are routinely used in reservoir characterization studies. This is due to their potential inferring the spatial evaluation of petro-elastic properties interest (e.g. density, elastic and acoustic impedances) along with associated uncertainty. In this study, an extension a previously introduced geostatistical method was developed which local multi-distribution functions continuity models under non-stationary conditions were taken into account. The proposed applied highly synthetic dataset different levels noise. results clearly showed advantages against conventional procedure. It important highlight impact technique terms higher correlation coefficient between real inverted reflection data more realistic approximation subsurface geology comparing traditional technique.
