ABSTRACT
The situation and human rights of people living with HIV AIDS were explored through focus groups in five African countries (Lesotho, Malawi, South Africa, Swaziland Tanzania). A descriptive qualitative research design was used. 251 informants AIDS, nurse managers clinicians from urban rural settings. NVivo™ software used to identify specific incidents related rights, which compared the Universal Declaration Human Rights. findings revealed that violated a variety ways, including denial access adequate or no health care/services, home care, termination refusal employment, right earn an income, produce food obtain loans. also abused verbally physically. Country governments professionals need address these issues ensure all people.
