ABSTRACT
Introduction Tuberculosis is still a challenging disease, infecting around third of the world’s population. As comorbidity with mental disorder common, it relevant to associate them at diagnostic, therapeutic and prognostic level. Objectives We present clinical case describing patient psychosis, further diagnosed tuberculosis during psychiatric treatment. Moreover, we summarized revision state art.
