Introduction The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) was developed by Leonard Stein and Mary Ann. objective is the treatment of serious Mental Disorders in an integral way community. Objectives Methods This a retrospective study with total 69 patients whose main diagnosis Schizophrenia undergoing CT follow-up 2018-2019. data obtained have been analyzed SPSS statistical program.
