ABSTRACT
Introduction The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) was developed by Leonard Stein and Mary Ann. objective is the treatment of serious Mental Disorders in an integral way community. Objectives Methods This a retrospective study with total 69 patients whose main diagnosis Schizophrenia undergoing CT follow-up 2018-2019. data obtained have been analyzed SPSS statistical program. Results Our sample mainly composed men (60.9%) average age 48 years (+ - 11.56). schizophrenia (62.3%) most commonly used long-term injectable paliperidone palmitate dose range 150mg. Of number patients, 29% cases did not maintain active use any toxic, toxic tobacco (49.3% cases). Conclusions inclusion ACT program requires severe Disorder poor therapeutic adherence. After analyzing our data, we observed that them also consumption high doses psychotropic drugs. Disclosure No significant relationships.
