ABSTRACT
Introduction Stress is a risk factor for developing psychopathology. Emerging evidence suggests that daily experiences of stress may also predict symptoms during the day. It unclear to what extent influence on psychopathology day same across individuals (including diagnostic boundaries), and which effects are individual-specific Objectives This study aims reveal how interrelated in cross-diagnostic context by modeling individual level temporal networks, examining subgroups with similar dynamics. Methods Hundred twenty two young adults (43.4% women) wide range terms severity type problems completed six-month diary study. We used network approach (i.e., group iterative multiple model estimation) ten specific (e.g., feeling down, paranoia, restlessness) were related time at individual-specific, subgroup, level. Results After controlling lagged itself, predicted restlessness, worrying, nervousness, down >70% individuals. observed three larger each over 20 individuals, whose networks showed different dynamic patterns involving symptoms. Effects other differed these not subgroup-specific. Conclusions important overlap between impact life. Subtle differences observed. Possibly, such relevant vulnerability future requires further investigation. Disclosure No significant relationships.
