205 Background: Rates of illicit substance use and misuse opioid medications are high in the adolescent young adult (AYA) general population. Despite this, screening for is not standard care AYA oncology supportive/palliative care. To inform our clinical practice, we sought to determine prevalence potential cancer patients relative examine correlates misuse.
