e13635 Background: Approximately 40% of females over the age 65 are newly diagnosed with breast cancer. When considering elderly patients cancer ( > years old), complex decision making is required as have multiple cardiac comorbidities that may confound treatment goals. In this abstract, we aim to identify survival and outcomes in individuals. Methods: This study was conducted using a retrospective cohort design use electronic patient records. ICD diagnoses codes were used patients. Our initial search criteria revealed 1618 eligibility included adult 18 older from January 1 st , 2014 – 31 2017 which yielded 478 All data collected through chart review. Analysis performed SAS v9.4 software. Qualitative variables analyzed Chi-Square Test. Survival curves estimated Kaplan-Meier methodology log rank test.
