2632 Background: Immune-related cutaneous adverse events (irCAEs) are the most common and often first toxicity of immune checkpoint inhibitors (CPIs). In general population, irCAEs occur on average within 3.6 weeks treatment initiation commonly manifest as maculopapular rash, lichenoid pruritus.
