ABSTRACT
e12601 Background: Breast reconstruction surgery is on the rise and can significantly improve patients' quality of life, single-port lumpectomy breast becoming more widely used because its minimally invasive nature, clear field view, aesthetics. However, patient-reported outcome studies anterior versus posterior pectoralis muscle in this procedure are still scarce, evidence needed to provide guidance clinicians. Methods: Patients who underwent laparoscopic at Xijing Hospital between March 2021 December 2023 were included divided into two groups according position prosthesis pectoral muscle. Patient safety was assessed for surgical tumor safety. Reported Outcome (PRO) using BREAST-Q questionnaire. Results: General situation: This study 58 patients with a single -hole reconstruction, 48 post -pectoral group. Tumor safety: 100% recurrence-free survival, disease-free overall survival follow-up patients; there no significant difference cavity. Surgical pre-pectoral post-pectoral terms operative time, intraoperative bleeding, nipple areola complex ischemia, periosteal contracture. differences postoperative infection, pain, flap ischemia groups, group having lower rate less ischemia. Patient-reported outcomes: The satisfaction thoracic muscles under laparoscopy, higher social psychological health score, score chest pain. Conclusions: In our research, did not have bad ending, had complications, better patient reporting ending Therefore, without considering economic situation, we recommend muscles.
