Objective: To determine the utility of University Pennsylvania Smell Identification Test (UPSIT) in predicting Parkinson’s disease (PD) versus non-Parkinson’s (non-PD) final diagnosis by a movement disorder specialist Background: UPSIT is “scratch and sniff” smell test comprised 40 smells designed to detect hyposmia.
