ABSTRACT
To explore the CT characteristics of small lung nodules and improve diagnosis pulmonary ground-glass less than 10 mm in size.We retrospectively analyzed images 161 (less size) with spiculation, lobulation, vacuoles, pleural indentation compared these pathological results or follow-up images. The relationships between (GGNs) blood vessels were observed. GGN-vessel relationship was divided into four types, Type I (pass-by), II (pass-through), III (distorted/dilated), IV (complicated). traveling through a GGN three categories, category A (arteries), B (veins), C (arteries veins).161 GGNs groups (benign group, pre-invasive adenocarcinoma group) according to their diagnosis. Significant differences density observed among different (p < 0.05). shape (round/round-like not) benign group No significant presence vacuoles >0.05), but difference vascularization lesions statistically correlations vascular categories > 0.05).For subcentimeter nodules, mixed well-defined border, combined may strongly suggest malignant.Previous studies mainly focused on (≤ 3 cm diameter), this study diameter, which had not been fully studied. For especially manifest as (distorted/dilated) (complicated) malignant.
