ABSTRACT
To determine the role of icaAD and agr genes in biofilm formation evaluate consistency two phenotypic methods for measurement.A total 81 clinical S. aureus strains were included analyzed by methods. The microtitration plate method was optimized using computational fluid dynamics compared with Congo red assay. detected PCR.Of isolates, production 43% isolates while microtiter assay showed 92% isolates. Both correlation 30% PCR detection gene 42 (52%) Out 65 (80%) contained 16 (20%) non-typeable.In conclusion, observed both positive negative Furthermore, presence not associated all producing as some displayed production.
