ABSTRACT
Objectives: The paper uses block matching method combined with echocardiography to explore the value of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in predicting symptomatic patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) preterm infants.
Methods: We selected premature infants born between February 2019 and March 2020, gestational age ≤32 weeks, within 48 hours determine presence arterial ducts as research object, monitor their clinical manifestations, detect serum at three five days after birth level NT-proBNP was checked echocardiography, children were divided into PDA group asymptomatic (aPDA) according manifestations echocardiographic.
 Results: area under ROC curve predicted by 3 0.949, cut-off 27035pg/mL, sensitivity 92.3%, specificity 94.6%; 5 lower is 0.924, critical 6411 pg/mL, 92.9%.
Conclusion: may be a quantitative indicator duct shunt; detection levels helpful for early prediction PDA.
