Study on the impact and clinical effect of high-quality nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly cataract patients

Objective: To evaluate the impact and clinical effect of high-quality nursing intervention on quality life elderly cataract patients its effect.
 Methods: This is a comparative study. One hundred twenty admitted to Tianjin Medical University Eye Hospital for surgical treatment were recruited randomly divided into two groups: control experimental group, with 60 cases in each group from January 15, 2021 2022. Patients given conventional care perioperative period, while those period. The differences anxiety (SAS) scores, depression (SDS) intraocular pressure (IOP) recovery, incidence complications satisfaction before after between groups compared analyzed.
 Results: No statistically significant difference was observed physical functioning, psychological social functioning material status scores intervention(P>0.05). After intervention, above indicators improved significantly (P=0.00). Moreover, SAS SDS decreased (P=0.00).
 Conclusions: High-quality improves various benefits patients, such as effectively reducing pressure, ameliorating patients’ life, lowering postoperative complications, improving patient satisfaction.
