ABSTRACT
<ns3:p>Background: In the healthcare domain, patients’ trust in hospital plays an instrumental role determining behavioral intention of patient. This article attempts to investigate impact service quality perception on with mediating effect and patient satisfaction. Methods: research was carried out multispecialty hospitals located Bangalore Urban Mysore districts Karnataka during August 2021. a questionnaire-based study sample size 242. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 27.0 SmartPLS 3.0 software used analyze data. Results: The findings revealed that perceived significantly influences through satisfaction (observed partial mediation) impacts mediation). Conclusion: empowers managers understand factors influencing intention. Healthcare professionals must ensure good is delivered enhance adverse services, which influence among patients.</ns3:p>
