ABSTRACT
<ns3:p>Background The concept of core outcome sets (COS) has been introduced in China for about 10 years. In recent years, some Chinese researchers also committed to developing COS, though the majority COS are ongoing. However, there were more than 500 published research COMET database by 2020. extent availability top 25 diseases with highest burden is unknown. addition, uptake clinical trials these unknown, along knowledge, perceptions, and views trialist community on use relation choosing outcomes their research. Methods main disease will be identified. Then we search identify if ongoing or completed relevant A since 2012 would preferred one before analysis meets eligibility criteria. We extract scopes eligible including condition, population, interventions, outcomes. Clinical Trial Registry using names each that a COS. assess overlap scope between conduct an online survey semi-structured interviews knowledge perceptions among primary investigators included trials.
