ABSTRACT
Background: Analyzed pathogenic bacteria isolated from bile samples of patients with biliary tract infection and their drug resistance in the first Affiliated Hospital Nanjing Medical University 2017 to 2020, so as provide evidence for treatment infection. Methods: Clinical strains specimens suspected First 2020 were collected, The susceptibility criteria are based on standards published by National Standardization Committee US Laboratories. WHONET 5.6 software was used analyze distribution pathogens resistance. Results: From January December a total 2006 cultured identified. There 1253 cases gram-negative bacilli, 638 gram-positive cocci, 98 fungi, 17 Gram-positive bacilli. top five Gram negative bacilli Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter cloacae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii. gram positive cocci Enterococcus faecium, faecalis, gallinarum, faecalis Staphylococcus epidermidis. rate coli ampicillin, ampicillin / sulbactam, cefotetan, ceftazidime, ceftriaxone,cefepime, itronam, compound trimethoprim decreased, pneumoniae gentamicin, levofloxacin cloacae ciprofloxacin, decreased. aeruginosa cefepime, gentamicin baumannii ciprofloxacin faecium penicillin G, high concentration streptomycin, erythromycin Conclusions: Enterogenic main China.
