ABSTRACT
Although urolithiasis is a common disease in the European population, bilateral staghorn stones are relatively rare variant of nephrolithiasis. It often associated with chronic urinary tract infection or metabolic disorder. The aim this paper to show an example treatment patient chronically infected resistant strain Proteus mirabilis. Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy (PCNL) currently gold standard treatment. And way was managed. In following section, authors sought describe new reports on method and how it could be improved. Conservative does not appear safe alternative. other surgical treatments, PCNL has greatest benefits. Nearly 68% patients have some underlying disorder small sample patients. seems reasonable, therefore, introduce genetic diagnosis younger prevention through diet pharmacotherapy.
