ABSTRACT
Syncope caused by carotid sinus syndrome due to head and neck cancer is rare. We report a case of recurrent syncope as result extreme bradycardia requiring pacemaker implantation. The patient began chemotherapy radiation therapy treat the underlying cause. When diagnosed early, positive outcome expected in these situations.The differential diagnosis transient loss consciousness frequently evident at clinical examination but may prove be challenge.The invasion direct compression rare cause presents clinically syncope.
