Family Resilience Key Components in Javanese, Bataknese, and Minangnese Married Adults: Multivariate Analysis

ABSTRACT
Indonesia has a variety of ethnicities and cultural values that shape people's behavior in everyday life.Family resilience is one these factors.This research aimed to examine the differences among three distinct ethnic groups relation key family components (family belief systems, organizational structures, communication patterns).A total 672 married participants aged 19 65 years (Mage = 42.07,SD 9.720) reported their using Indonesian version Walsh Family Resilience Questionnaire, data were analyzed multivariate analysis variance (MANOVA) ANOVA.The results revealed terms system, Javanese people are significantly different from Minangnese Bataknese most prevalent; structure, only different, whereas patterns, very others prevalent.Overall, for people, where have highest level resilience.
