ABSTRACT
Calcinosis cutis is a cutaneous disorder characterised by abnormal deposition of calcium in the dermis. Treatment this condition has variable success rates and includes medical, topical surgical management. Here we describe case woman with painful calcinosis lesion on buttocks, treated excision application bovine collagen-elastin dermal regeneration template, thin, porous membrane consisting native type I, II V collagen-fibre template coated elastin hydrolysate. The patient's wound healed without complication use skin graft. She remains recurrence free at 10-month follow up, satisfactory outcome.
