ABSTRACT
To use both acellular human dermis and skin grafting simultaneously for improved without contracture. The study also aims to address the lack of research on application an in diverse clinical cases.The examined patients who had received (CGDerm, CGBio, Seoul, Korea) split-thickness (STSG) lower limb, full-thickness defects between September 2012 June 2014. researchers performed chart reviews retrospectively based following factors: gender, age, injury mechanism, size, exposed structure, pre-coverage dressing method, coverage post-operational engraftment total healing period, contracture development, elasticity, infection development.A sample 27 with a 30 wounds took part study. Of these wounds, 29 showed successful or In one case, continued seroma was observed and, new STSG, successful.Human can play important role securing availability surrounding tissue prevention, which are key limb reconstruction. types available, rates than other types, its rate higher STSG-only cases.
