ABSTRACT
Purpose; To report a case of successfully treated convergence insufficiency type exotropia (CI-XT) in the context bilateral internuclear ophthalmoplegia (BINO) using only exercises.
 Observations; A 17-year-old male with history resected posterior fossa pilocytic astrocytoma presented constant diplopia since craniotomy. Patient and his parents were adamant pursuing surgical treatment for new onset strabismus. With appropriate counseling management exercises only, CI-IXT was without surgery over course two years.
 Conclusion Importance; We present non-invasive approach to BINO, also known as wall-eyed BINO (WEBINO). This should be considered before any intervention, especially if prism is unable neutralize extended period time.
