ABSTRACT
Graphene oxide (GO) was prepared by modified Hummer's method to produce reduced graphene (RGO) following standard thermal and chemical reduction processes. Prepared RGO colloids were utilized fabricate films over glass FTO coated substrates through drop-coating. A systematic study performed evaluate the effect of degree on optical electrical properties film. We demonstrate that both process (thermal chemical) similar behaviors. However, fabricated using chemically GO colloid render better performance in dye sensitized solar cells (DSSCs), when they are used as counter electrodes (CEs). It has been demonstrated optimum thicknesses lower concentration hydrazine reducer have catalytic DSSCs due a interaction with redox couple. The at optimal is associated their higher available surface area grain boundaries.
