ABSTRACT
This research is carried out on the basis of overall technical scheme for life cycle management HPR1000 Nuclear Power Plant. Aiming at most important background evaluation and analysis link, pipeline system selected as object. Through analyzing aging mechanism power plant system, it determined that thermal stratification phenomenon caused by intersection cold hot fluids connection main reason fatigue accident pipeline. Then, this basis, study selects primary circuit T-tube examples, uses commercial software ANSYS Workbench carry numerical simulation analysis, establishes model, loads temperature load fluid solid coupling finite element model based elastic thermodynamics, considers heat transfer pipe fluid, factors wall interface transfer, The stress state under different transient conditions studied analyzed, calculation are determine use factor components. results have guiding significance optimizing operation nuclear improving program system.
