ABSTRACT
Supervision is an essential facet of quality control within the profession Psychology. Ethical and legal issues inherent in supervision need to be addressed further, especially light current climate favoring litigation for professional liability. The authors address supervisors clarify their roles provide better summative assessment supervisees' competence characteristics. Minnesota Supervisory Inventory (MSI) currently under development internship training.The MSI amenable adaptation postdoctoral practice many contexts including private settings.
