ABSTRACT
A 30-year-old man presented with pain and limitation of movement the right hip. The symptoms had failed to respond conservative treatment. Radiographs CT scans revealed evidence impingement between femoral head-neck junction an abnormally large anterior inferior iliac spine. Resection hypertrophic spine was performed which produced full painless restoration function Hypertrophy as a cause femoro-acetabular has not previously been described.
