ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine patient-reported outcomes patients with mild moderate developmental dysplasia the hip (DDH) and femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) undergoing arthroscopy in treatment chondrolabral pathology. A total 28 a centre-edge angle between 15° 19° were identified from an institutional database. Their mean age 34 years (18 53), 12 female 16 male patients. All underwent labral concomitant correction FAI. There nine reoperations, two requiring revision arthroscopy, periacetabular osteotomy five needing arthroplasty. Patients who required further major surgery more likely be older, male, have severe DDH larger alpha decreased joint space. At follow-up 42 months (24 89), modified Harris score improved 59 (20 98) 82 (45 100; p < 0.001). Western Ontario McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index 30 (1 61) (0 43; Median patient satisfaction 9.0/10 10). reported excellent improvement function following hip. This shows that proper selection, can successful young
