ABSTRACT
The aim of the research was to explore potential concept work in activity-based working (ABW) environment, including its impact on stress, back pain and psychomedical parameters employees subjected not subject relocation.The data 396 both sexes were analyzed. study used standardized psychological questionnaires measure level perceived stress (Perceived Stress Scale), readiness for change (Readiness Change Questionnaire), severity health behaviors (Health Behavior Inventory) general self-efficacy (General Self-Efficacy Scale). set included measuring knowledge occupational safety rules frequency pain.In group people whose workplace moved another building (in accordance with concept), relationship between selected variables: age, sense generalized checked.
