ABSTRACT
The results of 8-variable column experiment on a strongly acidic sod-podzolic sandy loam reclaimed by the finely ground dolomite in wide dose range are presented. The aim research was to measure and estimate leaching magnesium (Mg) its migration pattern. The powder at different doses calculated hydrolytic acidity (Hy) applied 225, 337.5, 450, 675, 900, 1350 1800 mg, that corresponded 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0 4.0 Hy, respectively. The migratory ability Mg studied 12-times washing experiment. Each carried out 400 ml distilled water, simulating volume annual precipitation percolating through soil stratum yearly. The increase amount leaked moisture contributed enhancement eluvial losses Mg.The maximum loss due established filtrates first washing. As increased, migrating with total decreased from 27% 7.5%.Complete removal water-soluble not achieved any treatments.Applied empirical estimations correctly described process during repeated soil.Based data leached doses, clustering equations performed. It shown 1 st stage (from 4 washings) rate increased significantly an dolomite. In 2 nd (4 12 such pattern established.Depending applied, 14.05 50.6 mg compared 3.8 non-limed (control) treatment. The main finding is exceeding full Hy forest resulted unproductive Mg, i.e., increasing dose, increased.
