Giant cell tumor (GCT) is a benign locally aggressive with features of frequent recurrence and metastatic potential. GCT small bones hand feet rare high potential to metastasis. This study aims provide case report the first metatarsal treated wide excision, autologous fibular grafting, fixation locking plate.
