ABSTRACT
Direction of arrival (DOA) estimation is an important problem in array signal processing.An effective multiple classification (MUSIC) method based on the short-time Fourier transform (STFT) and forward/ backward spatial smoothing (FBSS) techniques for DOA time-frequency (t-f) joint LFM sources addressed.Previous work area e. g.STFT-MUSIC algorithm cannot resolve t-f completely or largely because they can only select single-source points.The proposed constructs distributions (STFDs) by selecting multiple-source points uses FBSS to solve rank loss.In this way, STFT-FBSS-MUSIC sources.In addition, also owns pretty low computational complexity when resolving it reduce times feature decomposition spectrum search.The performance compared with that existing MUSIC algorithms through computer simulations results show its good performance.
