ABSTRACT
Different kind of nature can be observed in urban settings: forest or semi-natural spaces, ornamental gardens and allotment (community gardens).Our article focuses on the last ones questions some ecosystem services they offer, order to know if are green spaces like others.This study comes framework research program SERVEUR (funded by French Centre-Val de Loire region), which is interested given spaces.Here we set out one case-study, Bergeonnerie allotments Tours (France).To identify these conducted: -in situ observations surveys users, -interviews municipal stakeholders decision-makers several cities region Loire.The revealed that offered not only provisioning servicesaccording MEA [1] list, this case food.They also provide cultural services, becoming a source well-being for gardeners but only.We could observe other people come ones, walk.They places sociability education, what confirm.Allotments give more benefits population than expected; used cultivate vegetables.
