[Exploring local microbial communities in adenoids through 16S rRNA gene sequencing].

Objective:To explore the hypothesis of "pathogen storage pool" by analyzing local microbial community adenoids. Methods:Under guidance a 70° nasal endoscope, sterile swabs were used to collect secretions from adenoid crypts subjects. The samples sent laboratory for DNA extraction and standard bacterial 16S full-length sequencing analysis. Results:At species level, top three communities in Bacillus subtilis（18.78%）, Fusobacterium pyogenes（11.42%）, Streptococcus pneumoniae（9.38%）. Conclusion:The adenoids exhibits high degree diversity, including oral cavity gastrointestinal tract. Our research results support that act as " pathogen reservoir".
