ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore the hypothesis of "pathogen storage pool" by analyzing local microbial community adenoids. Methods:Under guidance a 70° nasal endoscope, sterile swabs were used to collect secretions from adenoid crypts subjects. The samples sent laboratory for DNA extraction and standard bacterial 16S full-length sequencing analysis. Results:At species level, top three communities in Bacillus subtilis(18.78%), Fusobacterium pyogenes(11.42%), Streptococcus pneumoniae(9.38%). Conclusion:The adenoids exhibits high degree diversity, including oral cavity gastrointestinal tract. Our research results support that act as " pathogen reservoir".
