Objective:To investigate the application value of nasolabial flaps in addressing tissue defects after resection benign and malignant nasal vestibular lesions. Methods:The clinical data patients with lesions were analyzed retrospectively. There 4 cases squamous cell carcinoma, 2 black hairy nevus 1 case chronic proliferative inflammatory lesions, all which repaired by adjacent flap. Results:After 6 months follow-up, none developed contracture or nostril stenosis, postoperative ventilation function was good. Conclusion:The preoperative design individual is very important for maintaining maxillofacial aesthetics, protectingthe framework, preserving function.
