ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to explore the effect P on physiological mechanism Cd and As uptake transport wheat seedlings. Taking Bainong 207 as test material, we investigated effects exogenous supply deficiency treatment growth, root morphology, photosynthetic parameters, antioxidant system, ion content, rhizome transfer coefficient seedlings under stress using hydroponic experiments. results showed that compared with in treatment, significantly increased chlorophyll content stress, promoted growth development roots, biomass, whereas there were no significant stress. contents system condition by P, aboveground part reduced. At same time, shoot from improved. Therefore, poisoning obvious differences. Under mainly improving CAT activity reducing wheat. a certain synergistic effect, toxic aggravated extent after P.
