Bacillus, which has good cellulase secretion function, heat resistance, and environmental adaptability, plays a key role in aerobic composting. In the composting process, nanomembrane coating can provide suitable microclimate； however, of it promoting function Bacillus inoculants system remains clear. this study, fermentation experiment tank compost was set up, four treatment groups were established： control group（CK）, single inoculation Bacillus（CB）, covering（CM）, covering combined with inoculation（BM）. The effects on discussed. microbial community structure metabolic activity analyzed using redundancy analysis bacterial ecological network. results showed that BM could promote degradation organic matter increase temperature reactor.
