ABSTRACT
As an important facility to ensure the safety of water supply, regulating pond a raw pumping station in Tianjin Section middle route South-to-North Water Transfer Project linked from Hanjiang River with urban plants. Surface sediment samples different regions regulator were collected summer, autumn, and winter 2022 spring 2023, respectively. Metagenomic sequencing technology was used analyze distribution characteristics influencing factors antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs), correlation between ARGs physicochemical indices, microbial community structure, mobile genetic elements (MGEs) also analyzed. The results showed that 20 types 921 subtypes detected surface pond. dominant at sampling times points multidrug resistance, MLS, tetracycline, glycopeptides, main mechanism efflux pump.
