ABSTRACT
To investigate the spatial and temporal changes causes of ecosystem services (ESs) in Taiyuan City, six ESs indicators were selected based on five periods land use data from 2000 to 2020, while assessed using multi-source with help InVEST model revised universal soil loss equation (RUSLE). Further, Spearman correlation coefficient was used analyze trade-offs synergies among ESs. Finally, geodetectors explore driving factors. The results showed that: ① Land types City dominated by grassland, forest, arable land, construction expanding 170.1 km2, forest area increasing 404.6 water 61.3 km2 simultaneously grassland decreasing 2020. A notable transfer had occurred. ② increased overall; carbon stock, oxygen release, retention, purification increased; habitat quality first then decreased; food provision decreased. ③ There mainly a synergistic relationship between Carbon quality, weakened over time. use/cover change (LUCC), elevation (DEM), temperature important drivers significant impact slope anthropogenic activities provision, precipitation observed. this study provide scientific basis for ecological protection sustainable development City.
