ABSTRACT
This study aims to explore and refine the teaching aspects of a flipped classroom approach for biological reaction engineering. The encompasses three iterations practice, focusing on key elements such as theme content selection, implementation process, evaluation effectiveness. By integrating relevant industry societal topics with course's professional knowledge, students are encouraged independently collect data, analyze discuss findings, present their work in group. Comprehensive literacy is assessed through discussion reports, defense utilization new tools, team cooperation. Analysis student performance reveals that design significantly enhances motivation learn, improves scores, supports achievement course objectives. Therefore, methodology presented this may serve reference implementing reforms core courses applied undergraduate colleges, thereby fostering well-round individuals strong theoretical foundation, innovative analytical skills, excellent teamwork abilities.
