ABSTRACT
Digital holographic microscopy (DHM) is a technique that has high potential for analyzing biological samples and been successfully applied to the study of cells cell lines providing information about important parameters such as refractive index, morphology, dry mass, among others; it also found applicability effects therapeutic treatments. Finding size shape since they tend change in presence some pathologies. In this research work, we obtain morphology thickness index A375 melanoma line through slight tilting DHM setup. Further, development novel mathematical expression based on tilt optical phase difference presented. We show images with included, their rendered from maps recorded DHM.
