ABSTRACT
Gaseous Raman lasers cover a range of wavelengths but lack wavelength tunability. Here, 1 c mathvariant="normal">m − linewidth 532 nm laser was used as pump laser, and with narrow-linewidth seed injection, first Stokes (S1) achieved. By tuning the S1 up to obtained. The anti-Stokes second could also be tuned. A theoretical model developed, spectral profiles from experiments simulations agreed well; further simulation predicted that compressed narrow 0.01 under optimal conditions. universal method fine-tunable is presented can utilized in several important applications.
