ABSTRACT
A flexible new technique is presented to calibrate the monocular system of phase-based fringe projection profilometry, which made a camera, projector, and computer. The proposed algorithm mainly consists more phase-to-height conversion model minimum norm solution, followed by nonlinear optimization based on maximum likelihood criterion. In whole calibration procedure, this method only requires camera capture few two-dimensional checkerboard target images several deformed with at least three different orientations. neither subjects certain limitations nor measures additional geometry parameters in advance. Also, no highly precise gauge blocks or extra reference phases are involved. contrast existing methods, easier use flexible. Experiments have been performed validate performance technique.
