Depth tracking using a multi-aperture microscope

We present a multi-aperture gigapixel microscope that is capable of imaging 600cm2 area at 10 micrometer resolution and can simultaneously track the depth objects within scene. demonstrate this capability by tracking freely swimming zebrafish larvae in large petri dish.
