Dual collection mode optical microscope with single-pixel detection

In this work we have developed a single-pixel optical microscope that provides both reflection and transmission images of the sample under test by attaching diamond pixel layout DMD to commercial inverted microscope. Our system performs simultaneous measurements modes. Besides, in contrast with conventional system, our single-element detection belong, unequivocally, same plane sample. Furthermore, designed an algorithm modify shape projected patterns improves resolution prevents artifacts produced architecture.
