ABSTRACT
Experimental results of a two-stage Ni-like Ag soft X-ray laser operated in seed-amplifier configuration are presented. Both targets were pumped applying the double-pulse grazing incidence technique with intrinsic travelling wave excitation. The injection seed into amplifier target was realized by spherical mirror. show amplification and allow for direct measurement gain lifetime. experimental is suitable providing valuable input computational simulations.
